Job Summary:
The Account Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining existing USRetina customers while qualifying leads and selling prospective buyers.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain and improve relationships with existing and prospective USRetina customers.
• Become the conduit of information between existing and prospective USRetina members.
• Provide unparalleled customer service to existing USRetina customers.
• Prospect effectively via inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, social media and any other channels to generate qualified leads for our outside sales force.
• Identify market potential by researching and identifying future customers, soliciting new business, building client rapport, providing technical information and explanations.
• Generate market interest in USRetina products and services.
• Comfortable with virtual selling (over the phone and utilizing video-based applications).
• Provide elite level of support to existing customers through superior service and account management.
• Stay organized while juggling many simultaneous deals that will be at different stages of the sales process.
• Maintain accurate and complete customer and sales documentation within the provided Customer Relationship Management platform.
• Build relationships with C-Suite customers to generate a referral base of new leads.
• Apply critical thinking analysis to available data sources to conduct efficient target market mapping.
• Attend weekend tradeshows, conferences and meetings around the United States. Typically held quarterly.
• Accomplish department and organizational goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Outlook, Tableau and Hubspot.
• Ability to receive sales calls in the evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Strong phone/video presence.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to travel up to 25% annually.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent combination of course work, certification and/or experience.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
• This position works remotely from home that requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
